I am sick of these idiots on the boards who start/flame/be retarded on religious threads on the boards. Except for a small percentage, everyone who posts on them are either twelve, or act like it. I don't give a shit if you are Atheist, Christian, Jewish, Buddhist, Purple, or Pico, just stop posting these stupid threads! They are always full of stupid, bigoted statements that are the same as EVERY OTHER religion thread EVER POSTED.

The people who start them are always either:

1) Members (often new) that don't have any bad motivations in doing so, but accidently end up starting a "I'm retarded" war.

2) Idiots.

Seriously, cut the shit. As soon as someone starts one, you get the regular old types posting on them:

1) Religious (usually Christians, obviously) who are totally out of it, blantantly stating that there is a God, sometimes saying things like "Get over it." or "Science can prove it." Both of those statements are totally bigoted, idiotic, arrogant, ignorant, and offensive. They are often young kids who are still modrons of what their usually psycho-religious parents have told them, or even sometimes adults who are just simply wacky. You'll find that this type and type number two are not all that different if you take away the religious differences: by that I mean they should both grow up or jump off a cliff because if they don't do one or the other the world will just be a shittier place than it already is.

2) Atheists who are totally out of it, blantantly stating that there is no God, sometimes saying things like "Organized religions are fear-mongering shams that suck away your free will and soul." or "Anyone who is religious is stupid." Both of those statements are totally bigoted, idiotic, arrogant, ignorant, and offensive. The majority of them are kids around fourteen or sixteen who are just realizing that they don't have to believe what mommy and daddy do so they lash out against anything religious because of the natural hubris most kids have when they are younger. The rest of them are simply older people who haven't matured enough to realize that they are insulting other people's religions when they "think" they are just speaking their mind. They are just as full of shit as the crazy verse-spewing Christians they hate oh-so-much. If you are going to be an Atheist, be a smart one. And by smart I don't mean not believing in God; I mean having an open mind and not being arrogant.

3) People, whether religious or secular, who are either simply trying to speak their mind in an intelligent way or trying to stop the thread of ignorance from continuing (obviously in vain). They often don't realize that the side arguing for their religion is just as full of shit as the other one. They often accidently continue the thread in it's quest of getting rid of all intelligent thought in the world by restarting it with an intelligent remark when it was ended with a stupid one or by simply stating their beliefs in an un-idiotic fashion.

Everyone else just stays the hell away from them. These are the real smart ones.

A quick message to all you wacky Christians and Atheists out there who are thinking about starting another thread like the ones I am talking about: There is no way to prove/disprove the existence of God. No way. Nadda. Zippo. Atheists, trust me, I understand you when you say that it is more likely that there isn't one because of all the other religions out there, but there is simply no way of disproving something like God. And if it satisfies you, no- there is also no way of disproving any fucking spaghetti monsters or whatever stupid shit you are concocting. And Christians, stop arguing that there is a way to prove it (whether it be by science, logic, etc...) because if there was a sure-fire way of proving there was one, don't you think EVERYONE would believe in it? Everyone believes that there is a sun, and there is definetly empirical proof of that.

So whoever you are: Wacked out religious, immature secularist, or actually intelligent person (no matter what you believe in), if you are to take one thing from this blog post please let it be this: Please do not post threads on the BBS that have the topic of religion, because it will always, ALWAYS lead to a flame war of bigotry where both sides KNOW they are right and will never ever ever change their minds until they mature (in most cases, hopefully before they hit puberty).
